Animal Rescue League
About:
As a no-kill, cage-free, all volunteer sanctuary we rescue and rehabilitate homeless animals to give them a second chance for a safe, healthy, happy life, and teach responsible animal care to help prevent animal abandonment, cruelty, and overpopulation.

Youth Wind Services
About:
Youth Wind Services currently operates the area’s only emergency shelter and drop-in center for runaway, homeless and street youth. Wind Youth Services has been recognized as the leader for homeless youth services in Sacramento County by both Sacramento County and the City of Sacramento. Sacramento County’s Continuum of Care has recognized Wind Youth Services a vital component of the County’s homeless services.

Carmichael HART (Homeless Assistance Resource Team)

 HART is a coalition of faith communities, non-profits, businesses, agencies, and individuals, who are committed to finding solutions to homelessness in our local communities. In suburban communities like Carmichael, resources are largely, if not completely, absent. Carmichael HART is a local response that addresses these realities by developing programs that will help homeless men, women, and children.

Sacramento Loaves & Fishes
About:
As the largest homeless service provider in Sacramento, Loaves & Fishes is a 501(c)(3), charitable, non-profit organization dedicated to providing warm meals, essential survival supplies and services for nearly 1,000 adults and children daily. To keep our services barrier-free, we do not solicit or accept government funds and are supported instead, by the investment of individual and private donations from the greater Sacramento community.

Big Idea utilizes a uniquely democratic system of operating. No one owns Big Idea; instead it is up to our members to determine the artistic vision and future of our company. Elk Grove Historical Society
About:
The mission of the Elk Grove Historical Society is to promote public awareness, understanding, and appreciation of Elk Grove's history. This is done through educational and living history programs; collecting and preserving articles of historic value; establishing and maintaining a historical library; and advocating for the preservation of historical material and properties in Elk Grove and the surrounding areas.
