PSAT

Wednesday, October 11, 2017
8 am - 12 pm at EGCS

11th graders have the opportunity to take the PSAT. You will need to contact Mrs. Valenzuela by October 6 in order to sign up. She also has a study guide to help students practice before taking the PSAT. By taking the PSAT 11th graders have the opportunity to be eligible for the NMSQT. (this is great for college applications!)
The PSAT is a 4-hour test, similar to the SAT, in 4 parts: reading, writing, math without a calculator and math with a calculator.  A letter is being sent home to explain the room the students will be testing in.

The following classes are canceled due to PSAT:
7th grade AM core, 10th grade Applied Math, Digital Art, and Study Hall.
