EGCS Community Wellness

Welcome to the EGCS Virtual Community Wellness Page. This is a supportive space for students, parents/caretakers, and staff to explore activities that promote self-care.

Here you may find new ways to communicate your feelings, to express your needs. You may create new habits and set goals to take better care of yourself. You may even try new coping skills that help you manage your emotions and/or stress while building resilience during difficult times.

As you learn new ways to practice self-care, hopefully you find something that works for you. When you understand and care for yourself better, it can lead to positive changes. No matter what your aim is when it comes to supporting your wellbeing, good for you for trying.
